“These guys are great. I panicked when my back windshield cracked into a million pieces after dinner one weeknight. I put out hurried requests and calls to maybe 4 places in town, including these guys. They got back to me within 20 minutes, scheduled me for the next day, and my car was good to go in less than 24 hours. “Kingston Collision staff were very professional in their dealings with myself, my insurance company and the car rental place. They completed their estimate and got the work approved with my insurance company within 4 business days from the time I dropped my car off. They ordered parts, scheduled the repairs and completed the work earlier than their estimate of 3 weeks, so less than 4 weeks total. They communicated the status of things and responded to my inquiries promptly via text and email which helped with my planning for being without my car. Shawn gave me a tour of their facility which I found impressively clean and organized. The repairs were very well done and I’m completely satisfied. If you ever find yourself being rammed by a stolen camper van, this is the place to take your car for repairs!”
