My wife and daughter went to the Bulk Barn on Sunday, February 25th, 2024, at around 04:15 PM at 1201 Division Street, Kingston. While shopping around, they were being followed by one of the employees (a woman) just because they are black. She was following them everywhere. At one point, they almost left the store. For sure, you can watch your store for theft, but when you are targeting only one ethnic group, it's not fair.
I urge the owner of that Bulk Barn on Division Street to provide proper training to their employees. Be more professional and do not disrespect your customers. It's not because someone is black that he/she is a thief. Shoplifting can be done by all ethnic groups. The woman following my wife and daughter was not discreet at all. She was literally showing them she was tailing them. that's so unfortunate...

Clearly, bulk barn wasn’t aware of who they hired as a manager here( PS) did you not figure out why he was fired from a very big position at another coffee corporation? This man should not be around women, and quite frankly, he should not be around the public shame on bulk barn for hiring him.

Overcharged $6 here. Big bag of candy was $1.35 per 100 grams ended up being charged $2.40 per 100 grams for the whole bag.

The cashier was very helpful, however the cashews I bought were terrible! With my eyes closed I would not have known they were cashews. I am not running back.

Clean, well lit. Store layout is pretty much the same as other locations from what I can tell. Staff seemed fairly friendly, and pricing is decent (again, the same as other locations, so its consistent, which is good). Not too difficult to find what you need, and they have a good wide selection. Always a good place to pick up various cooking staples, or candy treats. Definitely worth a stop in
