Fantastic customer service. Patrick was outstanding. My daughter and I visited this location to purchase a Macbook.Patrick was very patient and explained the differences between many products. I would highly recommend speaking with Patrick when making purchases at this location.

Went to Best Buy in Kingston to get a new router. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I knew the model I wanted and they took me right there to pick it out. The cashier was also very friendly and polite. The store was also very neat and easy to navigate and clearly laid out.

Amazing customer service!I had a problem with my laptop after I bought it at Best Buy (motherboard), so I brought it back and it was fixed and returned to me within a week, for free. Now it works perfectly.The staff is very professional and helpful. I recommend!

Great staff i went in to buy something dropped some cash on my way back the best buy attendant came out and gave it back to me.Thankful to the staff at the location.Great store great ambience and attending staff.

One of the worse service this location would give.Best Buy mobile needs proper trained professionals who knows what they are doing. All they want is to sell you plan anyhow by selling lies to the customer.Once you have plan, they will dumb with you and to have to call the company and deal with them. Stay away from Best Buy mobile

First of all, the staff, particularly Christian and Eric, have so much knowledge of everything. They didn't talk down to me even though I am the least teck savvy person. They did however explain things I could understand. This will be my go to place for anything tech!
