Absolutely fantastic service, ended up with a dud phone and they got me a working one, even tested to make sure it didn't have the same issue. Later on I had some questions and they provided the perfect answers! Excellent service and aftercare!!

I only replace my phone about every 3-5 years but I come here every time I do. Their customer service is above and beyond and I've never been made to feel dumb when asking questions. Meg especially is a star! Highly recommend coming here for any mobile needs.

After a evening of going from Phone store to phone store last night (Friday June 18).....I just had to say that we had a very very pleasant experience with Best Buy mobile in the Cat mall in Kingston.Congrats to the young man and woman, I didn't get their names , but they were just great with us.Helpful , patient and friendly.Thanks!

The staff member who helped me was great, gave me easy to understand information about my phone plan options and was not aggressive about selling! Would recommend going here if you’re usually intimidated when having to talk to sales people!
