“On Sunday I attended at the Cataraqui Mall BMO to deposit money. Initially two of my bills were rejected by the machine. I reinserted them and one bill was accepted and the other was kept by the machine. I contacted the bank on Monday to advise them because I knew their accounts would not balance. My call was promptly returned by Maria who was compassionate and understanding. She discussed the matter with her Manager Andrea, who told her to deposit the money to my account (a small amount) rather than opening an investigation as protocol would require. I have always received outstanding service at this branch and this was further confirmation of how much they enjoy caring for their customers. Thanks again Maria and Andrea!”

“BMO has been a good bank for me. It depends on the Customer Service Representative that you have how smooth your visit goes. Sometimes there is only 1 CSR at the desk and sometimes you have to wait long. I received excellent service yesterday from a lady. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products and knew how to do exactly what I had asked. Easiest BMO transaction ever.”

His manager Patricia is also amazing, they were both very friendly, professional and very accommodating to my needs. Thank you so much. I will go back there instead of Kingston centre branch who need to take lessons on how to treat their customers.”
