We drove from Brockville just for Ardenes. The staff were amazing and so friendly! They helped my daughter find everything she was looking for. They even cut the tags off for her so she could wear her brand new outfit out. Thanks for the laughs and great visit! We will definitely be back to shop again!

Always to busy to help customers when in actual fact they aren't busy at all. Incompetent employees and the level of rudeness is disgusting. Definitely won't be back.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clothing store! The staff, especially the management team, were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They completely ruined my day, and I will never, ever consider making a purchase from there again. The customer service was beyond disappointing, making it an overall unpleasant shopping ordeal.

Very rude and incompetent staff. While waiting for staff to do a simple return that took too long because the workers were talking to each other, their friend cut in front of me in the line. When I said something to the line cutter, she went off on how she’s so special that she didn’t have to wait. Then her friend called her up to the cash and proceeded to check her out and then make comments towards me, calling me rude because I called her out for cutting the busy, long line. Staff proceeded to laugh and carry on with her. I had already witnessed staff yell at two young girls who had a question to “get into the line” to their question answered but they let their friends go ahead. The friend was buying 2 cheap pairs of tights and I had 6 pj’s and other items, I left buying nothing and will not shop there again until corporate addresses this matter. As per previous reviews this place is run by incompetent employees, doing and treating customers however they want and get away with it!

Very rude experience by the lady with short hair. Being stared at for bringing my kid, who was just following me around. I experienced racism first time in Kingston at Ardene. The tone with which they talk is the worst. Never going back again to be treated so poorly. There are so many reviews on bad customer service, I think they don’t care.

I guess there was a tornado warning for a reason today, as it’s the first time we walked into the store in this location and that an extremely sweet customer service representative Cortney( I’m not sure if I’m spelling it right) but thank you being the odd man out and treating us well and with no bias racism. Although the other employee was not that nice, we really appreciate your support and efforts towards helping anyone walking into the store. This is an unusual occurrence at this location. And also not to forget, those 3 stars goes only to you!! The other two for the other employee working today.

The staff here really needs to be trained on how not to treat people disrespectfully on the basis of race!! I love going here for the stuff they’ve but the customer service is disgustingly awful ? the old lady with short hair, Huh what a racist she is!! Treating us like trash!! However, this comment just adds up to so many racist comments here!! Y’all need to be kind, respectful to every individual walking into the store, it’s bcoz of us (customers) that the business runs. Please look into it, this is a seriously concerning issue that needs to be addressed asap!!

terrible costumer service, the elderly lady in the back with a short haircut was very rude for no reason, my partner came in just to see very quickly and she got very mad. the lady at the front desk was also very rude.

Terrible costumer service!!! Went to Kingston for a little vacation. My daughter saw that there was an Ardene in the mall so she wanted to go. The worker in the store was extremally rude. We were looking at the clothes on the rack outside (in front) of the store. We had a drink in our hand, and the girl came practically chasing us and very rudely said "Get out now! No drinking in the store!!! OUT!!!" We left the store. My daughter was devastated, since Ardene is her favorite store. Needless to say it ruined her day. I am DEFINELY NOT coming back to this location again.

Ardene store at Kingston cataraqui centre. I Love ardene but the employees who is working there need to be replaced !!!!! No CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!!!!!!! the ladies working out there have an attitude and they don’t even greet the customers I watched them for several minutes and it’s same for everyone !!! When somebody ask questions they are replying in a rude way !!! They don’t even apologize and thank the customers!!! While I am shopping they where following me and giving me look. Like I’m gonna take some stuff from the store !!!! really a bad experience !!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this !!!

This store location needs a team meeting on racial profiling and why you shouldn't do it. Every time I go in the store, I am constantly followed and asked rude questions like today when I went in and was rudely greeted by an older lady in a black toque. I will be contacting the head office about this. Do better.

Being in this Ardene was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had in an Ardene. I was constantly followed and stared at by an employee while shopping. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming and I suspect that this was a case of racial profiling.
