I was in last night with my mom and I have never had such an awful experience in Aerie before no one greeted us and Rachel was just straight up rude the whole time we were in there. messing around on her little iPad and not even looking up from it the other young lady with long brunette hair was ok but only when we got up to the cash otherwise didn’t have a care in the world. Overall awful costumer service!!!

Had the most wonderful & effortless experience today with Natalie, I have never been sized before for a bra (I’m 24) and Natalie was so incredibly kind and helpful in sizing me and finding the perfect bra for me. I am so thankful and appreciative to her and the whole team at this Aerie for being so welcoming and kind.Thank you!
