I love how the young man I belive his name was Justin helped us out gave us directions the bathroom was huge clean and I seen the young man helping elderly people u can tell they have amazing customer service there would definitely go bk again gas price was also good ? ?

Just out for a Sunday drive and stopped in for a pit stop. Absolutely and by far the cleanest facility I have ever visited, run by a very hospitable and pleasant team. 10/10. If only every other Shell location modelled their practices after this one, what a wonderful world it could be. And remember to show your CAA card. Namaste ☮️⛽??

Used to go to this station for a long time to wash my car using the 30 day monthly plan, however as of last week they stopped accepting shell car wash monthly cards without any notice. The clerk at the station didn't even know what is going on and was confused on the job and to make things even worse he cancelled my monthly pass by doing an inquiry on the card and then pressing cancel card. Had to call CS to get the card back. Thank God I had my receipt of the purchase with me, but still lost 6 days worth of washes due to this whole interaction.Should the owner informed the customers of such move, I would be okay but the way it was done looks very shady

Horrible service. New guy at counter has no clue what hes doing and manager allowing him to work alone.Car wash broke down as i was in it. Truck covered in soap / no help given as on fixing the situation.Called manager was told i can get my refund. Meanwhile truck is still covered in soap baking in the sun

Best Gas Station in Ontario, Cashier was so kind and made small talk. He also gave a free car wash because the first wash was not done properly. Overall great experience!

Worst customer service ever. I pay at the pump so I don’t have to go inside. But they never replace the roll. So I have to go inside anyways. Horrible!

What a miserable bunch of employees working here, I know its hard to get people to work these days but the ones you found must be bottom of the barrel. The worst attitude was from the cashier named Sothy.

I stopped going into this gas station because of the guy that works behind the counter, older gentleman who is just the most miserable person I've ever met and just likes to try and cause problems with people.. after reading a few of the reviews it seems like they know about the customer service issue at this location..... Some serious small D energy at that place

Horrible service. My prepaid car wash card was not working come to find out it expired was inline for a wash they refused to authorize a wash and demanded I leave the car in line to come in and pay with cars behind me. Then the service attendant shony? Had to gull to be rude. I will not be returning even though they are the only gas station in king go else where. Horrible service!

Poor customer service. I went for a car wash and the wash failed. I had to exit without getting a wash. When I went to see attended to explain that it had failed after I just paid $15 for a wash, he yelled at me and told me that it was my fault that it didn’t work.
