Unfortunate that the neglect is so OBVIOUS at this Shell location.Garbage bins at pumps were grossly overflowing.Two pumps were out of service,No receipt paper at pumps that are in service.Windshield wash station hasnt been filled in ages - spider webs all over the bin.Yet it did not seem overly busy - lazy staff?
