Trying to phone this place to find out anything is a nightmare. Someone hangs up, the next time the pressing of the required number for a department also gets a hang up. The next time someone transfers me. No one picks up. Waiting and waiting just for me to give up. Why bother having a phone system there? No I'm not going over there to find what I need. I went somewhere else.

I’d like to make a complaint about the grocery pick-up department. I drive for doordash and pick up from here regularly. First off I’d like to say it’s the LONGEST wait in town to pick up an order. It takes about 30 minutes for an employee to come out. Secondly, the employees make us wait about 30 minutes to tell us an order isn’t in the system, an order has been picked up by another driver etc. Thirdly, they’re always bringing the orders out unbagged, some employees will walk away and have us bag it ourselves. I always dread picking up orders from here.

Don’t ever go here As 20year old growing up in a Muslim I have never eaten bacon in my life, I am a very low temper person so when I mean I’ve never been so upset, I order a junior chicken sandwich which I have never ever got bacon on it doesn’t even come with it and the best rthey can do is apologize it is ridiculous this isn’t just a diet thing we’re talking about this is religion I have never been so offended in my life. Lucky I’m a big enough person to not whip that sandwich right at them because I have enough self control

my last 6 deliveries have not showed up and it’s so disappointing not being able to rely on! i’ve been on the phone/online chat with so many different representatives and no one will provide compensation or give me an answer as to why this is happening ?

apparently their customer service team needs to be properly educated on their return policies. your not “doing me a favour” - it’s written on the back of your receipts and on your Canadian website. maybe try doing your job correctly ??♀️

Not as good as the Aurora or Bradford locations
So today, on a Friday summer evening, there was only 1 checkout person on. I ended up in the Self-checkout where I had to wait for a Supervisor to authorize my wine. 2 of us complained to her about the need for more checkout people - she was rude and ignored both of us. When I came out to the car park, the cart place was full. Clearly the manager needs to put more people on and train them in customer service. I work in Newmarket - I'm going to try their Walmart next time!

Very poor customer service. Was there for passport photos, paid upfront online as they requested on their website. People at the photo centre say they are not trained to do passport photos, and advised to come back tomorrow, as then maybe someone trained might be there. Ok, went to customer service. Woman at customer service has no clue and says they don't do passport photos at this location. Then she calls photo centre, and the answer is they cannot do passport photos because the camera just broke down.
Conclusion: Do not come here for passport photos or if you expect customer service.

*Update: order was finally “ready” at 2:30pm which I would have been will to accept but I wasn’t offered so much as an apology for having to wait or for my order that didn’t exist miraculously appearing. Won’t be using this grocery pick up service again.
Grocery pick up window times are a joke. I placed an order for pick up between 1pm and 2pm. I found it odd that by 1:30pm the order still was not displaying as “preparing” but decided it was likely an app error and headed to the store anyways to ensure I made it on time for pick up.
When I arrived, I had to call the number as the app was not allowing be to check in, due to my order not displaying as “ready for pick up”. Again, no problem, technology has issues, I get that.
I had to attempt to find an employee as the grocery pick up number doesn’t have an option to speak to anyone, and my order number could not be found. They also could not find my order and made me sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes (and waiting) before anyone could give me any answers regarding my order.
Not impressed at all. Now I have to drive another 30 minutes home with a very hot and cranky baby because we have been waiting for over an hour on this order
