HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keswick Rogers store! Customer Service Representative Marrisa completed transactions, advice, incoming phone calls and researched plans and prices for a number of Clients buying cell phones, including Iphones, Apple Watches & Samsung all in record speed! She personally explained to me all pricing and the best way for me and my Mother to package a phone purchase. She then updated everything to save us even more $ than the package we already had currently with Rogers.After making sure I was completely satisfied with everything she even took OVERTIME to assist me with cloning my new phone to assure I had no issues!Above and Beyond service that is rare to non-existent these days. She is a GEM and an employee Rogers is lucky to have!!Her co-worker was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Such a wonderful experience. I am a very happy customer!A+++ Marrisa!!

Not impressed with this store, or the employees. Energy is definitely weird going into that store. There is a sense of rudeness from employees. Every time I get a cellphone screen protector put on there are always air bubbles that don’t escape. It’s just a shame, we pay for something and the standard or quality isn’t there. I won’t be returning.. will take my business else where.Brandy and the young short girl who work there have a very bad energy to them.

Went in to get a new phone for I had lost my phone during work, and Marissa was the biggest help and helped me get a new phone and got it set up and got me on my way, I highly recommend this location for customer service was amazing!

My recent interaction with a staff named Brandy at (Rogers) Global Wireless Keswick store was unpleasant.Brandy's rude, disrespectful and irresponsible behavior left me deeply dissatisfied.*Management should address such conduct promptly costumer satisfaction.*

Yesterday and today when I returned, I had the BEST experience at this location I have ever experienced with Rogers to date. Yesterday, my phone was stolen and I was in a panic. Marissa and Caesar were instrumental in helping me calm down and run through things in my mind. All possible and available steps were taken to disable the phone and luckily, also blacklist it globally. I was forced to get a new phone and immediately, I began to put up a wall. I needn't have bothered. Marissa took the time to ask me poignant and key questions about my previous phone and based on my answers, she suggested a completely different one. I listened and I am delighted I did. Of course, I'm not thrilled that my monthly payments went up a bit but do love my new phone. Not once, did I feel one ounce of pressure to get this phone or that phone. Somehow, this delightful young woman knew what I needed even before I did. I went back this morning to get additional questions answered and just like yesterday, she took the time to answer them clearly and honestly. She is an amazing person who definitely knows how phones work and I needed all the help I could get. I can't say enough about both Marissa and Caesar and hope that Rogers knows what invaluable rock stars they are to the team at the Keswick store. Whoever had the foresight to bring Marissa into the team, kudos because you could not have chosen a better associate. She's magnificent!

We visited this store on the weekend. The rep who assisted us was Caesar who was friendly, helpful and efficient. He put on our screen protectors like a pro! Marissa his colleague also assisted from time to time, she was also friendly and helpful. Both were knowledgeable and made us confident that they knew what they were doing. They made every effort to ensure that we had a pleasant experience and that everything was taken care of while also ensuring they found any promotions that we were eligible for. Awesome experience, ensure you visit this location for assistance! Thank you both!

My work cell phone died and it was urgent that I get it replaced. I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from Marissa, a fantastic person with tons of knowledge who got me out the door quick with my new iPhone. This lady deserves a raise!

I wanted to get myself a early birthday present so I went into get a galaxy watch lte. Marissa was amazing. She helped me pick the best watch for myself. She was very kind, an d friendl6. She honored the deals online, and the deals I have as loyaltycustomer. I am very happy with how my visit to this store turned out.

What a horrible experience. Ordered my wife a new phone and set the pickup at this location as they claimed it would be an "Express pickup". Found out 4 days later that because they didn't have the phone in stock the day I placed the order they actually canceled my order as opposed to asking me if I wanted it delivered or the option pick it up somewhere else. After speaking to Roger's customer service they couldn't figure out why the store did that without notifying me and since the store only canceled my order today I can't even resubmit the order for another 24 hours. Do yourself a favor and drive to Newmarket. Stay away from this location.Just an update because the store never filed the cancellation with the company until 5 days after they told me, the company went and canceled my newly placed second order. Clowns

Very careless stuff, not helpful, displaying obvious unwillingness to solve the problem. Simple question left unanswered, simple issue unresolved. Not sure why Rogers management keeping these individuals and paying salary. When asked, sales rep replies: "minimum wage,- minimum help".

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I needed to return something and without checking my account, the lady with the black glasses and blonde hair started running her mouth telling me I couldn’t return it and started raising her voice. The other employee didn’t help either and they kicked me out of the store. They both deserve to lose their jobs. Don’t waste your time here, go to the one in Newmarket where they actually listen to their customers.
