Many years ago, I had a tiger's eye ring, 5 of us had identical ones. Sadly, mine was lost during an accident. I always missed it. Sam and Company were able to make me a new one. It is so very close. I am very thankful to Prestige.

Worst customer experience ever. I bought my daughter earrings not less than a week ago ( not cheap by any means) and the backing came off in her sleep and thankfully I was able to find the earring. I spoke to someone on the phone and she said to bring the earring in and they would provide a backing. When I went in the male customer service representative was very rude. I won’t be buying from this location ever again.
In response to your comment, I was told over the phone a replacement would be provided at no cost and when I arrived at the store I was told the earrings that I bought were twist on backings when I specifically asked for not twist on backings because I have had issues with losing backings. Needless to say at the price your store charges you should be selling products with the proper pieces. In addition, the gentleman was RUDE. I spoke with other people and have been told they have had the same type of treatment from this person. Regardless, thanks for your friendly response, I will make sure I let other people know how they will be treated if they decide to shop at your location.

I started going to Prestige about 17 years ago while working in the jewellery & media industries. Their professionalism, attn to detail & top notch customer service earn them an easy 5+ stars! I had a ring custom made back in 2012. Life changed, I went back with the ring & 2 other items. Ara created an absolutely stunning custom piece with my old memories so I can wear it while creating new ones! They NEVER fail to impress. I have zero hesitation when recommending Prestige to even my closest family & friends. We are so fortunate to have a business like Prestige in Georgina!

The pin that holds my car key & fob together fell out and couldn’t be found. A dealership would have surely have charged a small fortune but a friend recommended checking in with Prestige first, just in case they could fix something up. Well, they did! On the spot, in record timing, for a price that literally couldn’t be beat… a donation to the food bank. My key is fixed, better than it ever was and I’m incredibly grateful! They do great work and their skill goes beyond jewelry ??

I wanted to post this review because the customer service I received today was top notch. They provided multiple options and even offered to make something custom that suited my needs and price range. They have also repaired a number of things for my family over the years. I would definitely recommend this Jeweler for their professionalism and quality selection.

I took my favourite gold rope necklace in to be repaired (broke mid-chain). Just picked it up, and it is like new. This is the 2nd time I have had it repaired in the same spot. The first time it was taken into a high end well known jewelry shop. Cost 2x's more.... and you could see the repair.

Awesome service! We were told we just needed to resize our engagement ring to fit the wedding band but Robert explained it actually needed to be reshaped. He got it all done the same day and made the whole thing fit perfectly! Would definitely recommend Prestige for anyone’s jewelry needs, I wish we came here for the wedding rings now. Thanks guys!

We are new to the area so do not have years of experience with Prestige Jewellery. But the experiences we have had have brought us back time and again. We will always to to the store because their quality is great but not over priced and their service is excellent. Very personal experience. We highly recommend this store.

For over 20 years I have been going to Prestige Jewellery and I have never been disappointed with the quality,selection or service. They are the best! Knowledgeable and very friendly. Recently I had brought in my fathers watch for repair and was pleased to find out that the cost to repair was not charged to me, but rather payment was accepted in the way of a donation to support local breakfast programs. A local business that truly cares and gives back to the community!

Highly recommend. The owner is fantastic and a very honest person! Have had rings resized here and purchased our wedding bands and other gorgeous pieces of jewelry here over the years. Most recently, I lost an earring backing and it was replaced and cleaned at no charge. Really appreciate the excellent service. Five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My fiancé and I had gone to Prestige in early August to get an engagement ring and wedding band set for our upcoming wedding and they were phenomenal to work with!!! Very easy going, experienced and informative about different gems, and precious metals. We really appreciated their help with our choices and walked away with very beautiful pieces that will last a lifetime!
