The customer service provided from Halo Car Wash and the management team at the Keswick location has been horrible to say the least.
The management team de-values and disrespects their customers and you will get no support from the head office team as a result of escalation; albeit admitting that the error was theirs and the result of a 'newly implemented system' to manage memberships.
Beware; and use a company that will take time to put their customers concerns first.
Response: Suggesting for the general public to contact the company for specifics and details of an interaction relating to a google review and specifics of a customer; is very concerning for confidentially reasons and individual safety.

I had a really great time at Halo! The employees were really helpful and kind, the car wash was exciting, and I ended up with a super clean car! The vacuums could’ve been a little stronger, they didn’t pick up much. But other than that, it was a very pleasant time!

Today was the first time I went to the Halo Car Wash. Despite the heat, Danielle was a friendly and excellent customer service rep who was patient, kind and enthusiastically helped me out with a big smile on her face.

Don't bother going if you have bird poop on your car/truck it won't take it off. 30 dollars for the premium wash. What a waste.
