All Dollarama websites are terrible, unhelpful and just make me shop elsewhere. Most, companies that are with modern times and have a web catalog of what they sell are doing great. No one cares for self checkouts at these places. The corporate decision makers dropped the ball and need to look at a dollar tree model….🤷♂️🤦♂️

I went to this Dollarma and the customer service here is not the greatest. I went up to a worker to ask her a question if they had a product I was looking for, I couldn’t even finish my sentence and she immediately walked off on me. Me and my sister just stood there shocked for a few seconds. Overall the customer service was not good next time maybe don’t walk off on your customers.

I go to this dollarama a lot, and they have great customer service. They always help me find what i need, and the line moves fast. I lost my wallet here, a worker found it and returned it to me. 5/5.

Every time I'm in this store the staff do more chit chat than scanning, I worked for several years at a dollar Rama our district managers wanted us to call for back up if there were more than 3 ppl in the line, especially if the person at the cash had to hold up the line, and the manager if they ever said patients is a virtue to any of their customers they would have been reprimanded today was the rudest, most ignorant staff, and at this store and I will never come back to this store again. There is no need for someone to stand in line for more than 4 minutes, Let alone 10 mins and after being asked to have back up... the back up girl helps the customer holding up the line now more than 10 ppl this happened at 330pm to 4 pm check your cameras .

My family has been going to this dollarama location for years now . But one of the cashier has a problem with customers an and she will do anything to have you totally banned . It all started I was in line with my mother and a lady ahead of us had already gotten to the check out . But she forgot to get a thing and went beck to go and get it. She also told the cashier to take the next person if it took long. Well the lady did take a bit of time and but the cashier wouldn’t take the next person and some of us started ask why not just put her stuff aside and take the person in line. She refused and then the lady came back and said to the cashier why are I’m not taking the next person well the really blew things up and she started to yell and scream at everyone . So my father had nothing to do with this incident and she saw him with me and my mother sometimes go in he is in 80 . She said to him to get out and she is calling the cops on him. Well my father felt so embarrassed and and said to her why I didn’t do anything . She just said your not allowed in here. So I went the following day to complain. To the manger and the cashier as soon as i walked in she started to run for the manager . I explained everything that happpened to my father .so I reported to head office and they said that my family could go in and it would be fine . But then I went i again and was told that I have to leave and can’t be on the premises me or my family . The manger told me that I the regional manger said I would be tressing and charged. So on this note they should have listened to the customer and ask themselves why there is a problem with this cashier .

The recent manager there, ryan, had been a huge help to my elderly grandparents. So much so I needed not worry about them enjoy they're little jaunt around the corner to they're dollarama. (There both in they're 90's, so walking has been more of a challenge as of late.)This may seem small but knowing they're was a super friendly face on the other side gave my grandparents that little bit of freedom they lack everywhere else.They're most recent trek to their Dollarama was not what they had expected. The staff had mentioned Ryan was recently removed from their store by upper management.Which has been a huge let down as they're hasn't been anyone more supportive and in the grand scheme things was very short-lived.They walked around the front for a few minutes then left, without addiquate assistance.(This was requested by my grande mother. she has no idea how to operate a phone let alone a computer.)

I recently had a really good experience shopping at Dollarama. The cashier was really nice and professional, and greeted me with a big smile even though she was wearing a mask. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful, so I had a great time overall. Thank you!!
