“Although when you try to call the parts desk, no one answers ever in my experience, I think it’s important to give gratitude where it’s due. There is a gentleman by the name of Stephan that works at the auto service desk. He has given me hope in today’s “non personable” society. Most calls are automated voices. Most customer service is only complaint to company policy and never looks at all the facts. Stephan’s ability to look at a situation and address that said situation is very admirable. He is a gem and deserves any promotion headed in his direction. Whoever his boss is should already these things. I just wanted him recognized in a public environment.
