Always excellent service. Everytime I go in you'll even see sales staff helping to prep and clean vehicles for customers. Everyone is actively involved.

I can not stress enough how well the Team at WSL Kenora has taken care of myself and friends.I have had my sled(s) in over the winter for some catastrophic service and have always come out feeling that I have been more than treated fairly. The team really will bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction.As for aftermarket parts. Google or Amazon it, then give them a call. They always seem to match or beat the price. It's very refreshing to get what you need locally.No complaints. I'm a repeat customer and I have no problem recommending them.

WSL Kenora went above and beyond for us this year and saved our summer. After all last season without our wave-runner and countless trips to the landing and back to the shop with a new code being thrown each time we were less then confident anything would work, but this year WSL put up with me calling and showing up daily for a week straight till it was figured out. It was definitely a finicky machine but to do the persistence and combined knowledge from the fantastic team in the back we are back out on the water and enjoying their hard work. Would definitely recommend using them for anything marine related and more. :)

Stored my boat here 2 years now over the winter. Great service, always have it running great when I pick it up. Accommodating staff. Much better than ksport.

Just purchased a new quad from them and thought they did a great job. They are a Polaris and Yamaha dealer in the West side of Kenora. Great show room, friendly staff. Lots of great gear and all the items you need to service your machines. They sell boats, ATV's, snow machines and more. I would go back and but from them again.

I have had multiple dealings with the sales and service departments this summer. I bought and sold a boat with WSL and they were extremely accommodating, giving me the opportunity to test drive the potential new boat while they fixed another.
Bud, Cindy, Cam, Coel, Leanne and the whole sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. Robert and Rhys in the service department get me up and running as soon as they can.
I regret, however giving this glowing testimonial in case everyone gets on board and next summer I have to wait!

Just doing a yearly oil change / check up on my quad. Service was super friendly and helpful. Reasons why I continue going to WSL - they have been good to me.
