They are always quicker than the other pharmacies with less confusion..BUT I'm sick and not able to function there was the one staff member who is in the pharmacy that is short tempered and makes ya want to cry ..well I'm already immobile, very sick and afraid If not knowing why I'm this sick. And had chose tilleys and switched to them..because of their great customer service in the past . I don't need that sassy thing..i was so sick the day before and have had an operation..i couldn't even answer calls..so.i called back today to apologize and explain..and.was spoke to harshly because of it.and her tone would have def made a child cry..it almost can ruin your day .if you r having a bad day ..it's not your customers fault!!

I made the switch recently from Shopper’s Drug Mart to Tilley’s Pharmasave and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The pharmacist and other staff go above and beyond to ensure all of your prescription needs are met with a level of care and excellence that almost always anticipates my needs ahead of time!

From out of town and we got a recommendation from another pharmacy to check here for some things we needed. I walked around a couple of times and could not see Electrolyte powder. The employee ended up helping and was very friendly about it. They had a great selection of items and if we need anything for the rest of our trip I'll probably check here first as this is was a well stocked little drug store with good service.
