Just went to the bank to deposit a bank draft I bought at the very same bank. Although one staff member identified the account I wanted to deposit the funds to they kept me there one hour verifying the account. If I wanted to commit fraud I could have just cashed the draft and spent the funds. I wonder if that had anything to do with the fact that I am black .

The app has been down all day I’m waiting for my money but still 10 hours later nothing has changed I’m not going to this bank anymore

My son deals with this bank and its unbelievable the lack of service he gets over the phone. My son waited over 7 hrs to get a representative on the phone. Then less then 5 minutes into the call they put him on hold again and the line goes dead. He callsback and waits another 45 minutes. Atrocious! If your thinking of opening an account at TD....don't! There is no excuse for this kind of wait time to get your banking business completed.

Maybe if they learned to answer their phones and if their Online App wasn't down every other day, this would be a better place to bank. Officially taking my business elsewhere

Worst customer service. My brother-in-law has had a loans officer working on loan for weeks and no answer. It should not take that long. Numerous messages are left for the loans officer and branch manager and no one calls back. My husband deals with this bank and we are going to be pulling his accounts.

Was not impressed that Kenora bank was closed till Jan.4 I had family down from Toronto. They needed to use the bank(tellers). They should have been open at least dec. 27-30.. Not happy!
