Took over a week to get a written quote when I received the quote it was 1000 more than what was initially verbally quoted. He said it's because he forgot the 1 tire.....the tire must be made from gold if that it raised the price $1000. Paid the bill in full and he refused to give me the key until the tow truck got there. Really not happy with the service and the withholding of personal property.

I brought my car to have my clutch replaced. Throughout the whole process he told me he would have it in Tuesday. I wouldn't get a call and call 2 days later and he said he wasn't able to get it in yet. This went on for 3 weeks until it was finally completed. 2 weeks pass and my car stops turning on again and the clutch is making a awful sound. I ended up bringing my car to another mechanic because I did not want to deal with the stress of no communication from Scotty's and having to chase him around to see if he looked at my car yet. Not professional at all. The other mechanic I brought my car too told me whoever installed the clutch did a really sloppy job and had missing bolts or really loose bolts. Save yourself the time and money.
