They seem to have a lot of merchandise. For a bargain shop though I thought the prices would have been better.

I have been banned from this store because a friend asked me to buy him a package of cigarettes. My friend who is 23 years old didn't have his identification with him. I bought my friend a package of cigarettes and apparently the clerk followed me out the store and watched me give my friend the cigarettes. He then walked to me to tell me I was banned. He would not accept the explanation that I just provided and I asked him to call the police and report me, because I didn't commit a crime. He walked away. I'm a senior citizen and it troubles me when a clerk takes it upon himself to upset the apple cart so to speak to bring more strife to my life. Ban them . Zero, no stars.

I was visiting from out of town last weekend and stopped in. There were 75% off signs posted everywhere on all the Christmas items. I filled my basket and purchased lots of times for next year. They started ringing them in and they prices were very high for 75% off. Cashier assured me they were 75% off and began to say how all the Christmas items were expensive and then told me I had to purchase 12 gift bags to get the discount. When I got home, looked at my receipt and sure enough, no discount was applied. They straight out lied to me.Won’t ever go there again while visiting Kenora.

I was there with my 3 year old grandson and was shopping for a birthday party for 16 people, treat bags for 8 kids. My grandson had to go to the washroom and they refused to let him use the facilities there, directing us to the nearest public restroom well over a block away Fail, fail, fail. Needless to say, we left our cart full of stuff and went somewhere else. (We found a potty in time, closer than the recommended one.)
