Rosie’s Value Automotive has truly incredible service and saved my move across the country. My car broke down in Kenora while my boyfriend and I were in the middle of our stressful, time-sensitive move from the GTA to Vancouver. It was no small break either - the CV and axle snapped in my 4-wheel drive car, with fluid and wheel bearings skittering across the parking lot. Sean and his team were fantastic. CAA dropped my car off in their lot after hours, and yet in the morning they figured out a way to get my car in with high priority despite their very busy schedule. Having a Subaru, they had to ship some parts from Winnipeg and one of the mechanics stayed late to fix my car. We woke up to the unbelievable news of my car being ready as soon as they opened, 1.5 hours ahead of schedule, and overall just over 24 hours since the car broke down. Their hard work and kindness got me safely to Vancouver and my new job in the nick of time. Thank you so much Sean and team! You all rock!
