Honda Kenora is always able to fit me in for an appointment that works with my schedule and get me back on the road super quickly. I am grateful for their excellent service and friendly and accommodating staff.

I purchased my vehicle just two months ago, and my experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. Within weeks, I encountered serious issues with the car, including a broken door lock mechanism (requiring two roadside assistance calls) and a loose crankshaft pulley.
I reported these problems to the dealership, and after waiting three weeks for an update and several false communication that the part was ordered, I was told I had to wait an additional 40days.
The lack of urgency and communication from this dealership has been extremely disappointing. Their delays have left me without reliable transportation, having to delay my relocation plans, and caused unnecessary stress.
I would not recommend Kenora Honda based on my experience with their service department. I sincerely hope they improve how they handle post-sale customer issues.

I've had my CR-V for about a week now and I couldn't be happier with the product and service. Jason, Jonathan, and Tanya made the experience, including the out of town delivery, such a breeze. If any of my friends are ever in the market for something new, I will definitely be suggesting the team at Kenora Honda.

I recently sold my truck to the Morris Group/Kenora Honda and am very pleased with the overall experience. Knowledgable, friendly Sales Representatives were honest and fair in the valuation of my vehicle, offering me the best deal possible! No wait time either. I had a cheque for the sale in less than an hour!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been looking at a Honda for a while now and thought I'd give Kenora a try. So very unprofessional and absolutely horrible to deal with, tried to use their trade in caclulator to see what I can afford for payments with a trade in, only to receive a text message from their sales guy asking me to stop. Very upset. Was willing to pay good money and give a good down payment on vehicle but I will gladly take my business elsewhere now.

I recently visited Honda Kenora for an oil change, and from booking the appointment to picking up my car, the experience was exceptional. Jason took incredible care of me—he was so accommodating that he didn’t even let me open the door myself! He thoroughly explained what to expect, provided an upfront cost estimate, and arranged a drop-off and pickup from a nearby café while my car was serviced.
Traveling with an RV can be tricky, but Jason even organized parking for it during my appointment. When I returned, my car was not only serviced but also washed—the exterior looked spotless! Everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Honda Kenora for their outstanding customer service.

Service was terrible, if you need parts you could be waiting a very long time and misled about the parts even arriving or ordered. 2 years of being told parts are on the way and never even ordered. 4th Honda and my last due to this dealership
