Had troubles with my truck at 10pm a few nights ago. Tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and had it loaded up and off to the Mechanics lot within 5 minutes. The Driver/Technician was knowledgeable, quick and friendly.
Flat in-town rate regardless of the time of day. Well priced.

I had car troubles an hour out of Kenora and called Godbout, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable from when I spoke to them on the phone to when they dropped me and my car off. Everyone from the owner Anna to the driver I was with Ian were kind and knowledgeable and made this experience extremely easy !

Big SHOUT OUT to Godbout for getting me out of a frustrating jam!! My truck stalled and then I absent-mindedly locked myself out. I called and they were there in 10 minutes!! Very friendly and a reasonable price. So happy, would recommend to anyone!!

Appalling company. One star is way too much for these guys. Our car was towed to their compound about 10 minutes from Kenora on a Friday just after they close. They had our car for 4 or 5 hours at the very most in their compound and that cost $125 for a 'private impound'. They then also charged $50 for 'storage', and $70 for after hours service. It took their guy 10 minutes to open the gate, take our payment ($309.90 with tax), and issue a receipt. A total rip off. Bypass Kenora.
