I always love going to r rose they really made me feel special and cared about me. But 3 days ago I took my car in because something was wrong. They said they were going to keep it then to come back the next day. So I called the next day at 3 o'clock. They said they would call me back and they did not. I just wanted an update. So I let it go I didn't bother and I called the next day at 10 o'clock. I was told that someone was on the phone and they would call me back which they did not. So I called back at 1 o'clock and I asked to speak to someone for an update on my car. I got the mechanic and he told me it would be ready in a few hours. I didn't know wanting an update. What's such a bad thing to do? I feel very disrespected and I've never felt that way at this mechanics before. I always took my car there. Got my car back yesterday evening. Oil all over my steering wheel.Some things were taken off my car and were not put back i was nothing but respectful and nice. I don't think I will be going back there again unless I get an apology. I deserve respect just like everyone else.
So I only give you a 2 and 3 or 4 weeks ago I would've given you a 5, this is how I feel, and I don't mean to be disrespectful. But I'm not going to hold in my feelings.

Got stuck and car shut off on the off ramp in Kemptville. Just wanted to shout out the tow truck drive as he was amazing. We could’ve been stuck for a couple hours and he helped us out and was so polite and kind. Amazing guy! Really really appreciative of what he did for us

Took my 2007 Honda civic to R Rose automotive to have a gas tank strap installed. When I received the bill they charged me $20 to fill the gas tank stating “there was not enough gas in the tank”. The tank was just filled at a gas station. They charged me $229 dollars for a gas tank strap and I could buy them retail at Car Quest Kemptville for $140.
Then they charged me 3 hours labor to put the gas tank straps on.
In my opinion, these people are dishonest and I will never go back to them. I strongly recommend NOT to do business with R Rose automotive. This is my experience and my opinion only.

Was there last year but didn’t think of reviewing. Had to go there for some AC work today and I’m very happy. Took less time than quoted, which saved some money, and even had a space I could do some work while I waited. Definitely going back.

I am so thankful to have been referred to this garage. They are always friendly and most importantly honest. I have brought 2 different cars here and the repairs have been great and I have zero complaints. This will forever be my go-to place for any repairs/diagnostics.

Randy and his team are the best. I've had a couple of emergencies that they took me in for and took care of me ahead of other booked work, and it means the world to me. Randy has a reputation as an honest mechanic, and he will really triage your situation and limitations so that you don't spend money you shouldn't. Their service is prompt and they are wonderful people. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a good mechanic

Needed a tow in a not great spot where my car had died. The driver that was sent was an absolute gem! He handled my car very gently (older sports car) and was quick and efficient. True pro and a hell of a nice guy. Will use them again without a second thought if need to again.
