Would not allow for a return or exchange of the indigo CO2 canister purchased at their store due to a “change in policy”, nor could they point me to any local establishment that would be able to provide this service. Pointless visit, wish they would have notified customers or at least been prepared with other options.

July 2024 - made the mistake of trying to buy tires here again. Their automotive people are atrocious. They seem incapable of behaving in a normal respectful fashion. They just lost $1500 because they can’t order a product without being rude and arrogant. My mistake for trying this location again.
2023 - Wow, how times have changed. Just walked out on $1200 tire sale that I had arranged earlier today by phone. Drove in with my rims to drop off but the service associate “Nolan” was not happy and doesn’t want to do it because they are to busy and no one told him. Total lack of customer service.No manger at the store.
I would avoid the automotive department at this location.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the automotive department. The men I spoke with on the phone were chauvinistic and condescending. When I requested to speak with someone else, they laughed before transferring me. I do not recommend this department to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the poor customer service that I received, specially from the Manager, she was very rude and not helpful at all. I bought a lawnmower and I was trying to apply the warranty, but I lost the receipt, I called to the Canadian Tire phone # they told me go to the store they will give you a copy, but I went there, and she was very unhelpful, I had all the information about the purchase in my credit card statement but It was not enough for them, so I am stuck with a product that is not working and I have to buy a new one again, of course this time I will do it in an store where they take care about clients issues, specially if this is with an a Canadian tire brand.

I've been coming here for a while now to get my oil changes and they've always been super affordable. I had came for my typical oil change and unfortunately some other repairs had to be taken care of, which they did an amazing job on. I want to give a great shout-out to one of the employees who took the extra mile to help me out and I couldn't be anymore great full. Thank you Canadian Tire for putting my mind at ease.

Brought our almost one year old into the store last week. Everyone was so friendly with him. In the auto department, and front cash, he was very interested in the balloons and both ladies working in each, took time to talk to him and encourage his in interest in the balloons. He ended up leaving with a balloon thanks to the very nice young lady working front register. It was all so friendly and sweet and worth a shoutout to Canadian Tire in Kemptville for the great customer service.
