I will preface by saying that I know very little about the mechanical workings of a car, but I've always had a good explanation of the work that was needed. The whole staff has always been nothing but courteous, and repairs have always been done in a timely manner. They go out of their way to fit in customers with a somewhat urgent matter from my experience, and that is much appreciated.

Showed up at their garage 15 minutes before closing time with a flat tire. The staff were very friendly and professional looking after my tire issue. They took all the necessary steps to inspect the tire , showed me its condition before concluding that the tire was damaged beyond repair. They followed up with an urgent order and completed the repair the following day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely going back for my car issues/ maintenance. They earned my trust and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

This is absolutely the worst auto mechanic shop i have even been to. Workers are insanely rude to your customers and this business is out for your money. Honestly as a women i think i could’ve done a better job. I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and they charged me extra cost for things that didn’t even need repairs. I noticed that there was also a crack in my windshield once i was home and they were closed or else i would’ve went right back in and gave them a piece of my mind. As well as stolen money from my glovebox!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Whenever I’ve called 43 AutoWorks they’ve always been incredibly helpful and personable. I like how I can get straightforward answers from them and I feel like they genuinely want to help me get the most out of my car. I plan on continuing to use 43 AutoWorks for future car needs.
