I had to shop for a baby shower gift recently and was having trouble narrowing down what I was going to purchase. I was assisted by Karissa who was so helpful and amazing! She gave some great recommendations and knew a lot about all the different products. It made the whole experience so much easier on me.

Would not recommend. I tried to exchange pajamas today that my sons had received as duplicates for Christmas. I didn't have a receipt but tags were intact and in perfect sellable condition. No store credit or anything was offered. This was fine, but the manager and customer service desk employee were rude and unsympathetic. The icing on the cake was I purchased a breastpump which needed a personalized receipt for insurance. Customer service desk refused to assist me with it (even though previously was told that was where to go for that receipt). As I went through the cash, I was told that since the breast pump box was empty they were out of stock. Not true - they just keep them in the back. Once I explained this, I got scolded for not bringing the empty box to the cash. Instead I had taken a photo of barcode and box. Obviously this was all she required to scan so the rudeness and scolding were completely unnecessary. We find the customer service really hit or miss at this location, but after this time I will no longer shop here. Walmart has most items for a better price and HumenKind has higher quality items that have never disappointed.

Went to the Kanata location, was looking for a remote control car for my son and the associate named Sarah in the boys section was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a good selection and the store looked very clean and organized.

Went in to buy a birthday gift . Saw the price match sign and the associate , Uno, was very friendly and helpful and made the price match easy so I didn’t need to go to another store this evening . Thank you Uno at Toys R Us Stittsville.

Amazing experience. I am new to Canada, and decided to bring my children here last week. Staff are wonderful. One particular worker helped my kids pick out toys and played with them. My children loved him. Please tell Uno I said thank you for making my children very happy! Lovely man.

One of the items I bought (as a gift) was from clearance, which I didn't know about the return policy on these items. When I was buying, I have asked if my friends can return or change their gift, and I was told "yes" (I want to believe that the sales person assumed the regular items). Although it has been written clearly on the receipt, it wouldn't make any difference after buying the items and seeing the policy there because you can't return them. Unfortunately, I wasn't told about this policy while purchasing, so you are absolutely right but I just don't like your business model and customer service. I'll make sure that no one I personally know shops there

Definitely a store you should not choose. We never used the baby carriage we bought, only because the box cover was opened, they did not receive a refund, we did not even take the products out of the bag. When purchasing, they did not say that it cannot be returned, this store does not even deserve 1 star, I would give 0 if I had the opportunity.

We wanted to return the product that we bought but never used, together with its box. They did not take back the product we did not used. Policies have changed recently. They didn't mention this policy when we got it. There are people who create problems, not solve them. Think about it, even the child gets restless and tells you that she doesn't want to buy toys. We don't want to come here. Don't buy anything from here, track your bill and follow product policies very carefully or you could get scammed. We all experience various problems in our business expenses, but as human beings, we empathize and produce analytical solutions. After all, isn't that what separates us from machines? Think again before you come here.
