Went in today and sat there for 10 mins for someone to come out and tell me that I had to come back tomorrow cause they don’t have the supplies to do an oil change. Now this is the 2nd time that this has happened to me at this location.

Service was quick and the service team was pleasant. Oil was changed and using a discount code, came in at a reasonable price.
The entrance can get congested with more than a few cars and it was a tight fit for my truck with towing mirrors.

Its 8:20 i've waited from 8am(when you say youre open) why do you say youre open when youre not? This place used to be great friendly and efficient what happened!?

BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS BUSINESS!! Went in on Sunday for an oilchange and had the employees ATTEMPT to change my wiper blades. After trying to get the back one the employees never got my old wiper blade off and returned the new one to me saying they were "afraid to break it and didn't know how to switch the back one". Immediately when getting home I went to switch it myself to find that they had broken my wiper and failed to even tell me about it. I did make an attempt to reach out to management using their online contact forms and have not heard anything back. After sharing my story it turns out there has been other very simular instances with this same business. Would not recommend.

$160 for an oil and air filter change, like what? I didn't even request for the air filter change just oil change. My air filter was already thrown out so when I got the bill it was too late.

Very poor service today. Firstly, I have been going to this place for years. But today, I received very poor and rude serve especially from the lead technician/ manager. Misogynistic. Lastly, the manager technician lied about topping up my windshield washer fluid, which they normally do as part of the service- he actually lied. He never touched it. I had to fill it when I got home.
