This is the best vape shop in the city. I went today and was helped by Jacob. He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind, patient and polite. There are closer vape shops to me but the extra drive time is worth it for this service! Thank you, Jacob and smoke FX! You guys are the best!

Smoke FX has really come a long way since their beginnings in the early 2010s. If this was 10 years ago my rating would have been 2.5, they used to have shotty products, and their E-liquid sub par. That said, vaping in its infancy was full of that. I started going back to Smoke FX due to it being on my commute home. They have drastically improved. The vast array of E-liquid is much better. Their devices a much better quality, and the service is impeccable (thanks Logan). I also take advantage of the stamp card system where every 5th bottle is free which is a great program. Good job folks, keep up the good work.

Jacob and Nick are always knowledgeable and helpful with my questions! I look forward to seeing the friendly duo whenever I drop by! Great staff. The stamp card is cool too, but disappointing that it always seems to change, and old stamps can't be transferred either :/
