“This is an excellent shoe store. I’ve been looking for a pair of Blundstone’s, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful staff, tremendous selection, competitvely priced…what more do you need?”
“Good experience. Last time I went the manager was on the floor serving customers (which I like) yet she still said hello and checked in on me later. They do give the upsell at the cash, but in a non-pressuring way and only for the products that are actually useful (show polish, or weather-proofing) - done this way I really don't mind it and did remind me to grab the stuff I needed.”
“Bought a pair of boots online but they didn't fit so I had to return them. This location was the closest for me at the time (about a 45 minute drive) and when I went in I had forgot my credit card that I purchased the boots with. The Sales Associate processed the return for me anyway and was super friendly. Thank you for the positive experience, I'll defiantly be back next time I am in Ottawa.”

“I just wanted to say that the Mark's "Wearhouse " in Kanata Centrum has 2 very special people working there - Tyleen and Sheri-Lynn. My wife was there a few weeks ago trying to buy some jeans and was having difficulty finding the right pair. These 2 ladies went well beyond what I would normally expect and they made suggestions and were able to help get the proper size and style. While many of life's decisions are far more complex than buying jeans, it was a sincere pleasure shopping at that Mark's and encountering 2 very sincere and accommodating staff.”
