Terrible customer service. There was a line on the checkout and the cashier continued having small talk with a customer for a few more minutes after serving her, even though there were several people waiting in line.

Rexall pharmacy staff are amazing people and professionals. They know me by name and always ask about my other family members. Patrick & Sharefa are top-notch pharmacists. They, along with the pharmacy staff, take good care to understand my families complex needs.
If I ever move away they will have to come with us!

I am actually surprised to see so many negative reviews for this pharmacy. After reading all these reviews I started paying special attention to how customers are treated here at this pharmacy. However, I have not seen any issue so far. I go to this pharmacy quite often because it is the pharmacy for my family and my parents pharmacy too.
I have found both pharmacists to be very professional and helpful. In the last few weeks, I had to get some meds on an urgent basis for my wife. Then those meds were changed and the new ones were needed also urgently. The pharmacist helped me by filling these medicines almost on the spot. There was one medication that needed some precautions and the pharmacist explained it to me.
Anyway, long story short that I have all good things to say about this pharmacy.

The supervisor by the name of N. refused to sell an item because he had started to close at 6:30pm, mind you this pharmacy is supposed to close at 8pm according the site or 7 according to a rep inside the store.

This place has no redeeming qualities of any kind. And you can see that this culture of poor service poor quality and poor understanding of customer satisfaction permeates the entire organization. This place has consistently delivered high prices (50-80%) higher than nearby pharmacies. Their employees are hardly found in the store - including at the cash. Sometimes their employees aren’t even wearing any kind of uniform or name tag. Approaching them and saying “do you work here” results in “oh yes” - no “can I help you”… even the canada post here will deliver subpar experience. The pharmacy issues can be seen with other reviews. I’ve officially boycotted this place.

Pharmacist was rude.They give me wrong size of medicine that 30 ml. Doesn’t want to replace. I was purchasing this medicine from the Shoppers Drug Mart 50ml as prescription advice I said to her.She give me way to go Shoppers pharmacy.No explanation, she doesn’t want to help me.Result, I got nothing.

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy will charge your credit card card on file without your knowledge or permission. DO NOT trust this company with your banking info. I wasn't even present when the charge happened and they gave my prescription to someone other than me. I've never given permission for this. If I had been present I would have declined the charge being done and the meds. I would have gone elsewhere but that option was taken away from me. They refuse to refund and laugh at you over the phone when you call. The manager dodged my calls for over a month. I called several times to follow up. I was told if i got paper work in to them they would refund the issue. Then they refused the refund when i did as asked by them. I recommend going elsewhere. Not worth the headache or being disrespected.

Staff is friendly and helpful, store is kept very clean. They offer a lot of services for all ages.

I stopped in to see if I could get a flu shot on the spot, but was told I needed to make an appointment. Not a problem. I shopped for a few needed items and met with Mina at the cash and she helped me activate my new Wellness member card. She is delightful and helpful. Very professional and polite, and pretty much made my day. Keep it up Mina! You make a difference!

Came here last Thursday, the pharmacist was super friendly and nice to chat with, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but I'd recommend going to him for any questions.
