I have been looking for "someone" to help me with a particular item I was trying to find. Nobody in Ottawa could help me except this place I have never had the pleasure of visiting before. I'm very glad I did. Not only did they have everything I was looking for. They had a fine gentleman named Matthieu, who was more than helpful. This guy deserves a raise. I'll definitely be going back there just because of him alone but everybody was friendly and they have so much for a small store. Rona, Canadian Tire or Home Depot were useless. Thanks and I will see you soon. :)

This place has very professional and helpful employees. I went in to buy some drill bits but ended up buying a pressure washer, too. The employee working on the floor answered all of my questions and helped me select the model that worked for me.

June 11th, 10:12am - the lady at the cashier this morning helped me locate an item on sale by looking up the SKU. I was going in loops in the store trying to find the axle nut before I got assisted. Good first experience Ill be coming back, I only would suggest the owners to add Kiosk in store with search by SKU/name, like the one in Canadian Tires that points you to asile

Our family loves princess auto. We recently just had an issue with a purchase that was no fault to anyone in the store and the customer service was beyond helpful. John was so pleasant to speak with and had our issue dealt with promptly and so respectfully! Highly recommend, five stars! Kanata location.

Store is small compared to the soace in the area. I have been to other stores and they have much more merchandiae and offers.
All in all it is Ok.

Went online and found the sale item in inventory at one store in the East end. Get there the next day and nothing in stock but the store in the west end suddenly has stock. Go to West end store and guess what. They appear to have it until you wait 10 minutes in line at the cash only to find out someone put a $50 item where the $12.99 surplus item should be.

Very hard to shop at Princess now as the website is almost always down (or works for a few minutes before cutting out), so you can't do any research prior to arriving in store. It has been about 3 months. Contacted customer service and was told that they know there is a major problem but they are having trouble fixing it.... did i mention that its been months. Reduced my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because I have reduced the amount myself and my company shops there by about the same amount.

Awful customer service.
Angry customer service woman, cuts you off while trying to explain what you're looking for. Completely unhelpful, had no interest in checking stock or helping find a product.

The Hydraulics desk at the Kanata location has went above and beyond for every project we have brought to them. We worked with them all week on a large tedious project, and we had best possible service.
