I want to give a personal thanks to the rep Aiden who took care of me today. I've been a Mr Lube client in Ontario for the past 21 years and we rely on Mr Lube for fast and accurate service. I believe they are worth the money in comparison to the time it takes to book an oil change and lose your vehicle for a day. I came in in a big hurry and needed to be pushed out the door in record time. He adjusted himself, and dealt kindly with The Angst I had. Good show Aiden and thank you again

Very Disappointed – Won’t Be Coming Back!
I went to Mr. Lube for a simple tire change today. Their website clearly states they’re open until 9:00 PM, so I thought arriving at 6:15 PM would give plenty of time. After waiting for 45 minutes, one of their employees finally came out to tell me they couldn’t provide the service because it was “too late.” This was extremely frustrating since I had already wasted time waiting, and if they knew they couldn’t help me, they should have said so from the start. It’s unprofessional and a complete disregard for customers’ time. I won’t be going back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

I recently visited Mr. Lube and had an exceptional experience thanks to Destin and Vineet. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with an air leak from the tire valve. Their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service truly made our day. Highly recommend Mr. Lube for their outstanding customer service!

Took the car to be checked for a concern at Mr lube yesterday and Tristan and Carlo helped identify the problem. They were friendly and didn’t charge as it turned out to be a non-issue. Great service!

During my recent visit to Mr. Lube, while waiting in the queue, I witnessed a young employee guiding a car into one of the open lanes. Afterward, a senior staff member began yelling and shouting at him in a highly unprofessional manner. The young employee returned looking disheartened, which left a negative impression on me. After witnessing this, I left the lineup and took my business elsewhere.
