This store has no refund policy, even if you purchase a product at full price a day before. The main reason for that is the prices are much much higher ( over doubled) of other stores and Amazon. After purchasing anything you may find out that how much extra they have charged you and then they refuse to refund.

Poor customer service. Tried to exchange a gift from christmas (brand new and unopened) for another item of equal or lesser value and was refused because we were a few days past their 30 day return policy. Now we're stuck with a $200 fans that's useless to our kids.

Great toy experience for kids. It is smaller with a more specialized curated selection. They often have sales or promotions which I take advantage of. Like how they do free gift wrapping so great place to buy gifts. Staff are always super friendly when I come.
