Rami was such a wonderful person to deal with. He communicated the issues and explained possible solutions and timeframes. They had some of the products I needed, and others they ordered and had within 40 minutes! Rami was honest, got me a great deal, and all the work was completed within a very reasonable timeframe - especially considering I had only booked for a tire patch… I ended up needing new tires and brakes - which I typically would have done elsewhere, but the prices were good, and dealing with Rami was great. Highly recommend this shop!

I went to Kal tire to have new summer tires put on, after a comedy of errors I received my car back and it was vibrating. I brought it back to Kal tire and they added too many weights to my tires probably causing it shake and vibrate even more. After bringing it to my mechanic he discovered they used my winter lug nuts on my summer rims causing the vibration. After fixing that and leaving a bad review customer service asked me to contact them. I explained everything that happened and the manager asked me to come in so he could refund me the money I spent on the labour, he also gave me new winter lug nuts to replace the ones that had been damaged. I appreciate the efforts made by the manager. I understand mistakes happen, it seemed like a rookie mistake to me, especially for a tire place. I went on a weekend, if I ever returned to Kal tire I would go during the week when the main manager and mechanics are on. The manager was friendly and pleasant to deal with, he did his best to make it right and for that I have changed my review from a one star to a three star

I scheduled appointment for a tire change, didn't get into the bay until 2hrs later!
Then when paying the bill, explicitly asked if the alignment was done, the service person responded yes all the work has been completed. Frustrated I pay and leave, on my way home I take a look at the bill and see that the alignment says declined! What the F! The receipt says I declined the alignment! I called this am to find out that someone is sick and they just couldn't do the work... did they check it? This is supposed to be a part of their service when changing tires, it is part of the quote, very disappointed. I came in specifically to have the alignment done, now I'm driving around wearing out these brand new tires, I won't ever be going back, can't trust the manager when he says one thing and does another. If i was buying tires this would be the last place I would look, prices are good but the lack of customer service and respect for clients is extremely lacking, your money deserves more than this place has to offer, avoid at all costs.

I've been a customer for a few years, and service has been consistently great—courteous, efficient, honest. Last time I booked a tire change online, I included a request for a wheel alignment. When it came time to pay, they told me they had checked the alignment, but it didn't need adjustment, so they removed it from my bill. A lot of service places go out of their way to charge for everything possible, so I really appreciated that, and they've done stuff like this a few times. Overall, highly recommend.

Two hours for fixing one tire. The mechanic set the tire pressure to 55 instead of 35. And the senior administrator was also rude in response to my remark! I do not recommend this irresponsible service to anyone! The laziest place I have ever seen!!! and, no apologies. even vice versa))

This was my first time at Kal Tire. My car was vibrating on the highway and I wasn't sure of the cause. They explained what they did and why they did it. Took less time than I was told to expect. Really a very positive experience. Super-nice guys.
