Very simple haircuts, way too expensive, used to be somewhat cheap but not anymore. They go way too fast so the quality sucks.

I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The shop is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and a friendly staff who are highly skilled in their craft. The prices are very reasonable, and the overall design of the shop is good. I must say, the standout feature of this barber shop is the incredible talent of their hair designer, Ms. Mali. Every visit with her is an absolute pleasure and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at this wonderful establishment!

Mali at the First Choice Eagleson Kanata location is amazing. She truly listens to the client and instinctively knows what style to do, always ensuring it is the client's choice. She is easily able to adapt if you want a "traditional" style or modern style. She is also very knowledgeable about coloring products and uses everything safely. I had a mullet with an under cut and ask for it all to be trimmed as it was over grown, the man instead buzzed all the sides, I didn’t make an issue of it and just told him instead now to trim the top a little, I left and called about a refund because I now have to go spend another 30$ for a haircut to have it fixed since I’m left with a bowl cut to which I was told they can’t give me a refund.Service: Hairstyling

Great cut, great service, excellent stylist. Did exactly what I wanted, and did it with finesse!She was unfortunately working alone which is challenging for any employee but she handled it like a pro! 5 stars for her. 3 Stars for the manager not managing staffing levels appropriately.

I've never been treated so poorly and apparently even by a manager - I called to book an appointment and need to do it quickly and was told not to call and yelled atI called back to speak to the manager who rudely wouldn't even listen to me and continuesly kept cutting me offAll I was looking to do was spend money to get my hair doneI'll never go here and I recommend no one does unless they want bad service
