I loved my experience at Fairy Dreams Bridal! It was my first experience shopping for a wedding dress, and Anne was such a fabulous consultant. She helped me feel comfortable and let me try on as many dresses as I needed, offering me helpful guidance and support. Having the entire boutique to ourselves also helped make the experience more intimate and special for me and my bridal party. Definitely recommend!

I found Fairy Dreams Bridal because of Bella Belle shoes as they were the only ones who had it. Then I booked a Bridal appointment after seeing all of the dresses they had under the 3k range. We came in and was surprised how big the shop was and how much time i had to be able to try on everything (which was more than 2hrs and there was no pressure to buy). The natural light was amazing which made it so much easier. I came back for a second appointment and finally said yes. The dress came in and it fit perfectly. The shoes were so comfortable! They even have a baby store and bridesmaids dresses on main floor. This is one stop shop.
I definitely recommend anyone who has a 3k budget to come here. Everyone here was amazing!

I had such an amazing experience at Fairy Dreams! I came here because they were only ones who carried Suzanne Neville and Liz Martinez in Canada. The shop is so pretty and stylists were great. We had the entire shop to ourselves so it was a very private experience (this is the only shop that gives you the entire show room). It was so intimate. We did not feel pressure to buy the dress right on the spot. They sent us the information through email after the appointment to let me think about it which was amazing. It felt like a really special occasion rather than a shopping experience to find a dress which can be stressful. I Highly recommend!

Hands down the worse experience I possibly could have had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store AT ALL!!
I just got married in January and thought I found my perfect winter wedding dress. When I went to pick up my dress, it was SO tight that I couldn’t bend to try to put my shoes on without the buttons down the back blowing out. When this happened, the woman helping us said “no worries that’s totally normal”. We were all concerned but listened to the “professional”.
I then went to try to sit and couldn’t without scrunching it all up over my hips. She told me not to worry, ANY seamstress could fix this. So, after some discussion in which I was assured this could be fixed, I left with the dress.
I went to see my seamstress who was APPALLED that ANY bridal store would let somebody walk out with a dress fitting this way. She said there was no extra material to let out at the seams. So, I called Fairy Dreams.
They told me somebody would get back to me, which never happened. I decided to send a few emails, one of which to the owner. She suggested I go to a seamstress she knew in Ottawa and said she contacted them herself. When I called this seamstress, she had called, but had not asked any of the questions she told me she had discussed with them. The only way to fix the dress was ti add panels to the side. I’m sorry but if I spend almost 5k on a dress, it should be exactly how I want, not having to settle for panels down the side.
I went back to the owner and told her I was not happy with this, I’d do anything to fix it. I’d even give them my BRAND NEW DRESS for one off the floor. They continued to dance around it, making up awful excuses, not taking ownership for their poor measurements and then just stopped answering me.
I had proof that their measurements were wrong. It did not line up with the size she ordered me. Instead of owning their mistake, they just ignored me.
I’m absolutely disgusted with them. I then found out from some local friends to Ottawa that they would never recommend this store. I have to agree with them. I now have a dress that I have to try to sell on my own due to their lack of ownership and quite frankly, their unfortunate lack of skill set for their literal one job. I still have my measurement forms that show they messed up, if anybody would like to see them. Id love to attach them in the comments.
I poor excuse for a business. So incredibly unprofessional.

I had a really lovely experience with Anne at Fairy Dreams Bridal. She was so helpful and went out of her way to fit me in by opening up earlier for me. I really appreciated her advice and I felt very comfortable. I also found the dress! Thanks Anne!

My experience at Fairy Dreams was so amazing and I ended up buying my dress here!
There is a great selection of high quality dresses that are in pristine condition. There are lots of different styles and some designers I had never tried on before. The room where you try them on is super cute with lots of natural light, giving you that extra confidence when trying on different styles.
AnneMicheala helped me and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the dresses, helped me put them on so they fit right and provided loads of time for me to call my entire family for their approval.
Overall, I was extremely pleased and would recommend Fairy Dreams to anyone looking for a variety of high quality dresses and excellent service.

Came to fairy dream bridal to find a friends wedding dress; the space was beautiful, and comfortable for a larger crowd! The staff were very knowledgeable and able to find us exactly what she wanted!! Would recommended!

We had a terrible experience here. I could go on and on with details but basically we trusted the consultants to know their business and advise us appropriately. Ended up with a dress that was too small and could not be altered without changing the look of the dress. We requested a phone call or in person meeting to discuss - they would only send sporadic emails. In the end we were stuck with a $5k dress that didn’t fit 40 days before my daughter’s wedding. If you read the negative reviews and the responses to them this is exactly How our experience was - just “our policies” and contracts. No responsibility or trying to make sure a bride had a good experience. They even sent us proof that they wrote down two different sets of measurements but still would not make it right.

The service was amazing, I got to try on so many beautiful dresses. They have large windows in the bridal suit which allows for plenty of natural light for the best impression of the dresses.

Absolutely would NEVER RECOMMEND this bridal boutique. Unprofessional, rude, lied && unresponsive. Left us stuck with a 5k dress because of their error. Did not attempt to correct THEIR mistake. DO NOT GO HERE.
