Paid over $200 for a gold package including fabric seat cleaning.What I got: vacuum, dusting, the small stain on one of the seat still there (I bought a $10 spray next morning and it took it off easily). The guy shampooed the carpet and put the winter mats directly on top of wet carpets and didn’t bother let them dry first (hand to spend next morning drying out things in the cold weather myself). Generally it was a $50 service that I got for $200. So save your self money and hassle and either do it yourself or go somewhere else.Repones to the owner: I picked it up after hours and got the key from the hotel lobby, I had no interaction with you when I picked up the car. So why you are saying "nothing brough up to our attention"? I paid $55 extra for the fabric seat shampoo and your job was less than a $10 spray. You call yourself a professional and you put winter mats on top of wet carpet? next morning I sense dampness smell in the car and discover your great job!Thanks again

Finding this place is a complete nightmare. After driving in circles for 15 Mins, Eventually pulled over and went straight to the reviews for some insight. For anyone who needs help ,They are located in the Brookestreet hotel parking garage.. Did not start as a pleasurable experience . In the end they did a fantastic job and apologized for confusion . But please work on your signage

Amazing job and service. I got the gold package about a month ago. My only regret is not having a before and after photo because it was unremarkable clean within a reasonable amount of time (considering how badly dirty the car was). HIGHLY recommend.

Happy with the car cleaning and detailing, but upset about the punctuality and poor directions signs. My service was scheduled for 9:30am but I found no one when I reached there. It is located in the basement of Brookstreet hotel, but there were no signs/boards at the entrance of the complex. Also there were no directions in the email received if we need to pay the parking etc. (didn't have to pay for it eventually).Service: Auto detailing

I received the gold package, and this was my first time getting my Jeep properly detailed and I’m SO impressed. My car was so dirty inside and out, and it looks brand new like the day I bought it!
