DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had recently purchased a laptop for my son, I was told by the employee that I had 3 months to cancel my membership before I would be billed (3 Months were included free). After a month I decided to cancel his subscription only to find that a bill of over $200 was charged. Nothing within the canceling information had provided me this cost, even after calling their customer support line I was interrupted with several rude and ignorant assistants to tell me why I was charged this. Do not go here, they will loop you in with a “free membership” but turn around and charge you an entire year. Absolutely terrible experience.

It was the worst purchase experience ever . I waited for 40 minutes to take my JBL earbuds, and they were not able to locate it, though they have 5 in stock.

I went in to buy a PC earlier today and that went fine but unfortunately I had a terrible experience with a member of staff. I am a trans person and this member of staff repeatedly used the wrong pronouns for me. This wouldn't normally be a big deal for me, accidents happen after all and no one can tell what pronouns you use just from appearance, but he continued to use the wrong pronouns even after I politely told him. It's incredibly rude to not use the right pronouns, just like it'd be incredibly rude if he wilfully used the wrong name for me, and unfortunately it sends the message that this location isn't welcoming to an entire segment of the population.

I recently visited Best Buy and had an extremely unpleasant experience with a senior manager (black, women) who exhibited shockingly rude and dismissive behavior. When approached with products concerns, the manager not only failed to provide any helpful assistance but also spoke to customers in an abrasive and condescending manner. Instead of offering solutions, she was argumentative and more focused on irrelevant topics than addressing the issues at hand. The lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect left a lasting negative impression.

DO NOT choose this location for an online curbside pickup unless you want to spare an hour and then find out there is no pickup option, and you must go inside and pick up the order. Not to forget to mention, best buy stores have no telephone to reach.

I was sold a protection plan for a cellphone.
I was told it would cover any damage that occurred.
I was told that repairs would occur, no additional charges, no fees, no questions asked.
I paid $15/month for 2 years.
I break my phone, then I find out they charge a repair fee that I have to pay $260 appx. This is actually more expensive than a replacement part.
Speaking with management about how I was taken advantage of... They agreed it was a shady program and that I was taken advantage of by a big company, but refused to do anything to make it right.
I will never shop at Best Buy again, and will continue to speak incredibly poorly of this location.

Horrible online ordering. I ordered a product said it was confirmed and I bought it the last day of a sale. After my purchase it said it was confirmed but a few days later I checked and it still wasn’t going through I saw on the site it said if order does not go through re order it so I cancelled it to re order and they didn’t have it on their site anymore so I called customer service and was told that because they don’t have it anymore I can’t get the item I HAD ALREADY ORDERED!!

We were at the BB to check out some Legos, but I also took a sneak peak in other areas. The store is clean. Associates are friendly, saw many of them helping customers. Apple, Microsoft, Samsung areas look fantastic with many different products on demo. TV and Theater section is also big with lots of TV of different brand are on display. I saw many different TVs are on sale for the beginning of NFL season. Also was impressed with huge Dyson corner, home security section, speaker and headphones section. Checkout lane had no wait time, associates were taking care of the customers pretty quickly.

I bought a Google pixel8 pro on contract with bell and my associate was MAHS. While selling the phone he told me to get a geek squad insurace and you’ll get a screen protector and a case whereas there’s no commitment with geek squad insurace so you can cancel it any time but when I went to Best Buy to cancel my geek squad after a month, they told me that you have to keep it for 3 months and only then you’re eligible to cancel it. So I think the associate MAHS is providing the false information to the customers which is a big shame for a Consumer electronics company like Best Buy and I’m really stuck in a position where I need to pay $60 without any reason. I feel the associate just looted me, very terrible service and providing false information, just stay away from Best Buy kanata.
