“I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. My daughter and I went in after 4:30 p.m. on a Friday without an appointment to set up her first account. We were greeted within minutes and a few minutes later, we started setting up the new account. We finished up the account in less than 15 minutes. We were also informed that C.I.B.C. does not charge any service fee until she turns 25 years old. I deal with banks for a living and this branch is second to none.”

Luckily we met a very knowledgeable Wood Cindy Lynn, she was very patience and addressed each our concern and sorted everything out. I mean literally all our issues were sorted out and fixed just like that.
