Exceptional service. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental agency. It was a very smooth experience with absolutely no hassle. The estimated time of repair was spot on, and they kept me informed through the process. All work was explained to me in a clear manner. Friendly, informative, excellent communication and demonstrating that they are putting the customer's best interests first. They really went above and beyond. An easy recommendation should anyone have need of their services.

Worst experience anyone could ever go through, my elderly parents had an insurance claim here and I had to intervene due to the staff not being considerate for elderly. First lets start with the woman at the front desk. Horrible no patience, very ignorant towards people and overall not a people person. When calling you can never receive a straight answer, you always get excuses or certain people are busy and they’ll call back with no returned phone call. When car was completed all the work was done and in good shape, I guess you could say the people working on the car are better then front start. Future reference the first thing you see when you walk in is a row of people on there phones and a receptionist who doesn’t care and just rushs and wants you in and out. I hope no one sends there elderly parents to deal with such a woman.

Update about Eric's comment. I received a very nice and responsive call from the GM at Allards to determine what the problem was and to apologize for whatever happened. It seems there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding somewhere along the line from either the insurance claims adjustor or possibly a new hire. In any case, it resulted in a un-needed drive into the shop (and a lost afternoon of work for my son) only to find out that no one had called from Allards. Stranger still as the final approval from the insurer would have taken up to 10 more days to process the estimate.. not to mention ordering parts.. so no one know where this mysterious phone call came from.. One other surprize - the claims person was contacting my son - and not me - the owner of the car. This is actually against every rule in the book legally.. so I have been in touch with a different claims adjustor (the initial one went on vacation Lol) and everything is fine now. In any case the claim has been approved now and everything is good to go.

Extremely rude staff, people answering the phone are simply miserable. It took over 3 weeks to get a windshield and a further 2 months for a simple install to which I was told would be taken care of ASAP. It was / is a saftey concern. Additionally, they did not update me at all as to timelines. I had to keep inquiring and the last time I did they had apparently just got it in. Very unorganized , very rude, and dirty shop.

My insurance company recommended Assured Allard to repair my vehicle after a significant accident. In short, the job they did was outstanding. I could not have been more pleased. I thoroughly inspected my vehicle after it was repaired and if I had not known that it had been in an accident, I would not have been able to tell.I would unreservedly and enthusiastically, recommend Assured Allard to anyone looking for a reputable auto body shop.

I had such a great experience here this morning. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Meghan behind the desk was so kind and went above and beyond helping me figure out getting my children's car seats into my rental vehicle and even setting my 2 year old up with some colouring to keep her distracted :). These guys did a great job on my car repair, you would never know anything happened. They completely cleaned my vehicle inside and out which helped take the sting out of paying the deductible for the repair… slightly ?

Excellent Service (for a Mazda3 damage repair)This place gave me the most economical estimate regarding a side fender damage of my Mazda3 so I decided to bring it here. Although the staff was superbly friendly and cordial and the repair costs came up to what they promised me to be (according to the estimate), the biggest drawback was the waiting time. I asked to go ahead for the repairs but unfortunately I was on a waiting list for at least 2 months+. However once it was my turn the repairs took about 4 days. At least they agreed I could leave my car for an entire 8 days while I was away on a road trip vacation which worked out quite well. I will still recommend this place. Hopefully the backlog is not as bad as when I came.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Allards was phenomenal! Their customer service and quality of work was off the charts! Special thanks to Megan and Chris for promptly conducting the estimate and pulling my suv into the shop. When I called to ask for some information, they were delighted to help me out. I would also like to thank Rebecca, Bri, and Dave for their support throughout the process, as well as the team that got the work done on the vehicle! 10/10 will recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Customer service like that is a rare gem! Get these people promoted!

Holding my car for over a month they claim to have called and emailed me several times to move forward of which I've never received one piece of information from them. They will blatantly lie to you face with no disregard to your business.I was told I received a call this morning which I "missed", and yet call history and voicemail would happily suggest otherwise. If I wasn't on their case they would be holding my car several months longer than they have already.Services: Transmission

Staff were friendly but incompetent. I would explain what needed to be done to one staff and they would not write it down claiming that they "have worked here a long time and don't need to", then proceeded to only do about half of the tasks that were agreed upon. Had to return my vehicle 2x for it to be fixed properly. Had to follow-up on services many times, and each person acted like what I was saying was brand new information. Work was done poorly, they clearly cut corners and do the bare minimum- hoping the customer won't notice. Someone who went with me and experienced these issues described it as "the McDonalds of auto body shops" which I think is quite accurate. They seem to value quantity of jobs over quality.Services: Painting

To repair a dent in the door, originally, it estimated to take 12 business days. Then after 12 business days reached, it said all the parts were painted and ready, and they need to put them together. I wanted to understand why it took so long to put them together, they did not reply me. After 5 more business days, it said that it was missing some parts, and it needed 2 more days, and I asked why it took so long to find out some parts missed, and it did not reply. So far, the car has been there for 22 business days, it still waits for the parts. It did not give me updates any more or told me when it will be ready, only told me it will notify me when it is ready. I want to talk to its manager, the lady spoke to me rudely that I had signed agreement that its shop will not be responsible if it is a part problem, and some car has been there for almost one year.Service: Body & Trim

The Assured company fix my car after the accident. They did an amazing job. Looks like brand new. The estimator who was incharged with my car, update me weekly about my car. They are very reliable and quality. Would recommend this company.
