We were on a long drive towards Toronto and became concerned about our tire pressure. This mechanic really knows his stuff! He quickly investigated the issue, found a puncture, and fixed it in no time. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Excellent service and highly efficient. I highly recommend him!

I’m new to the area, and I hope Eric will be my mechanic for life!
Nicest guy in town. When I dropped off my car, he had a suspicion of what the issue was. He then called me to confirm the issue, ensure I had a solid understanding of repair needed, and talk specific pricing before proceeding with the work.
As a woman in my 20s, I’ve been weary of mechanics in the past, as I think my age and sex has made me seem like an easy target for overcharging. This could NOT be further from my experience at O2 Auto.
Keep up the excellent work! Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I had a tire leak outside of town and was in and out in less than half an hour. Great service, great price, great people.

Today 8 May 2024
I saw a heavy smoke coming from my company’s truck ( Ram Promaster 3500)
Driving From Cornwall to Brantford.
I made a quick stop there to see what is wrong with my truck and the super kind humble guy(I didn’t ask his name in a rush)
Gave me his occupied time and came out and did a quick inspection and found nothing serious and said it might just be water coming in from rain and forming a steam!
He is super nice and helpful
5 stars for the effort and help he didn’t even ask me to pay for anything!

There are not a lot of honest garages out there, but these guys are! Not only did they get me back on the road at a reasonable price and on short notice, but they also gave me a bunch of free advice about another vehicle I have.
I will never go to another garage as long as Eric and Marco are around. Thanks guys!

We got a flat tire on a road trip through Canada. The guys at O2 went absolutely above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They were able to quickly identify the problem, patched us so we were able to complete our road trip and get back to Massachusetts safely AND they made sure to tape the responsible metal shard to the invoice so we could take it back to our home automotive location as proof to keep our tire warranty. Really, truly, phenomenal service.

Marco and Eric saved our culo when our car's engine started breaking down as we were travelling on the highway past Iroquois, Ontario back to Toronto. God Bless these men, I don't actually want to think about what we would have done or what would have happened if these two weren't there when we got off the highway. They took one look at the car and told us exactly what we needed to hear - engine was done, not worth replacing. Honesty and integrity at its finest (an honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold). Car is being scrapped, they didn't charge us a dime. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Grazie Mille! We couldn't recommend these two more. If you're in and around Iroquois, Ontario and the surrounding areas, this is the mechanic shop to go to. Highly, highly recommend.

If you like your mechanics honest, this is the place to go. Brought my truck to them to diagnose loud fan noise. They contacted the dealer as they felt it should be under warranty. Sure, enough dealer took responsibility.
