It's a great place to shop at has everything you need but every time you call them it says no support agents available try again later I've tried about 15 times later and it's the same.. and then when you get on the phone you just sit there and you never know when somebody's going to pick up i was on wait for about a half an hour one day no one picked up. I think the phone systems need to be a little more operated better

We were in at Royal Distributing for their snowmobile show sale (savings of 2x the tax and red tag sale).
Shyla was wonderful, she helped us outfit our son for snowmobile season. She was patient as he tried on different monosuit sizes and coat and pant options. She had him sit down to ensure it was the we were buying a size that would last him the season even if he grew. Thank you for helping us today Shyla! Shyla helped my husband find a helmet for himself and was very knowledgeable having him try on different brands and answering all of his questions. He decided on the CKX Mission and felt good about his choice.
Dianna helped us find a helmet for our son, ensuring that we found a helmet that fit him properly and was light for a 12 year old. She guided us and showed how to best check the fit using various fit tests. She was even able to find a helmet on sale that fit the best out of all the helmets he tried on.
Great service at Royal and it’s why we keep coming back, knowledgeable, friendly staff who spend the time with you to ensure the fit is appropriate.

I went in there today to buy some brake products. The person at the counter said he wasn't able to order anything because his system had been down for a few weeks. There are signs up in the store saying not accepting gift cards, returns, exchanges or loyalty points. This has "going out of business" written all over.
I believe I am their main demographic, I have a few ATVs and my kids ride as well. I need riding gear and parts and lubrication for all my vehicles. I have lost confidence in Royal Distributing.
Unfortunately from now on I will have to order parts online. It's too bad because Royal used to be a great place to buy parts and oil
And apparel.

I have been waiting for a merchandise return for over 10 days since all systems have been down and this has still not been processed to my major credit card! Do better Royal Distributing!
You should be compensating over and above the refund at this point! You have the merchandise back yet I still don’t have my funds! Emailed head office over 24 hours ago with no response.

Need some parts Ina hurry? Willing to take the quality down a notch just to get the parts today? Don't bother coming here. They never have anything in stock. They can order it in for you in a week....amazon can do it faster. What kind of a parts warehouse DOESNT HAVE PARTS....... Do better royal
P.s. Having a customer on hold for 30 minutes while your driving to the store only to walk into the store while still on hold to see people just standing around doing nothing is unacceptable

DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE
Im been a mechanic for 17 years and never in my life had such a bad customer service and only because a battery warranty! I bought a bs battery lithium around 6 mouths ago. over my vacation (it was one month in August) the battery lost power and I try to charge and it will show full charge and I crank for 2 seconds and die! I whent to the store on Saturday and I left there so frustrated with the situation. I understand the software was down and they couldn’t see when I bought, but the fact they told me “I can’t even send to get tested or report for warranty because the software is down”. that is a issue from the store not my issue!!! They should find a way to resolve that because is royal distribution issue nobody else!! On top of that I ask to speak with a manager or supervisor and they refuse my request of speaking with any supervisor or manager. I had to deal with 2 cashiers who they not responsable for nothing else but to follow orders
The cashier Jason it was the best part of this customer service saying to me i overcharged the battery and that is why the battery is not good anymore and I’m won’t will receive a replacement he said “as soon the light the battery charger turn green u have to disconnect from the charger if you leave overnight u will overcharge the battery”.
In 17 years and dealing with a lot of charges and batteries I never overcharged a battery and I never heard such thing on this days with smart charger systems!
Question for your cashier specialist in batteries!! Why batteries brands recommend batteries to be plugged if you don’t use the batteries for long periods or even over the whole winter ???
So now I can’t ride my motorcycle until the ROYAL DISTRIBUTION software comes back to normal and my battery issues get resolved
I will like to have a response from the store about my review.
And then they respond to you with none existing emails just a ridiculous store as soon my battery issues got resolved I will never used them again for nothing!!!!!
