“We needed a suit for my husband, and although two hours away, we went to this Moores store (Concert Way) because our son had a very good experience here when also looking for a suit. We were not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and Brittaney was absolutely amazing and very helpful. She was very attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for and where to find it in her store. I don't think suit shopping is high on any man's list, but we felt we were in good hands and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this Moores.”

“I've been coming to this store since it's opening. The staff are friendly, however today I received the most assistance I've ever received from Cheryl! She helped me with denim and I always wish someone would help me, well today that wish came true. She even told me about all the ways I can order and helped me in the fitting room as well by getting me another size while I was changing. She helped me search, not once, but twice through the hanging Jean rack. I bought $300 worth of clothes today and I contribute that to the great customer service she provided me. I mentioned this to the cashier about Cheryl and apparently Cheryl has been recognized this mos for her magic and I def. Agree Cheryl earns it! She is clearly compentant in her knowledge and is happy to work there! Thank you Cheryl!”

“What a peaceful beautiful clean mall. We went into the banana republic. So clean. Everything was so much in order. We had Rawa help us out. I think I am spelling her name correctly. She was so helpful. She helped my husband put together his whole outfit for a wedding overseas. She was patient, so knowledgable and so correct with sizing. So so friendly. Very hard to find an employee who shows so much kindness and love in what they do. Thanks again Rawa. We appreciated you!”

“I love this old navy!! The staff is always super kind, friendly and helpful. The lines are never too long and they usually have the things we need. I had a mixup with an online order where i was sent a mix of incorrect sizing. The online customer service was not helpful so I was forced to go into the store where the staff went above and beyond to try and get exactly what I needed. When they could not find the items, they gave me instructions on how and when to come back or call in for the correct items. It is still an inconvenience for me but I was grateful for how kind and understanding the staff were. I believe her name was Emma Q. She was very pleasant and efficient with helping me. Thank you!”
“I went into the Fairweather in Barrie today to exchange a coat I had ordered online. A very nice young man was there and helped me with the exchange.
