I recently had A.N.T. Homes build an addition to my existing house.
From the first interaction to the handing over of the keys, the process was smooth and actually enjoyable. Wayne or one of his team was always available to discuss and answer questions. The tradesmen were courteous, respectful and always on time. I would say 99% left my property clean every single day.
Mike, the site supervisor, always checked in and responded when I reached out. Norm visited the site most mornings.
The timeframe we agreed on was adhered to and work was actually completed ahead of schedule. Even after work was done, they were available for guidance.
It has now been 6 weeks since completion and they are coordinating some trades to do minor adjustments
I would recommend Wayne and his team in a heartbeat.
Thank you, Wayne, Norm, Mike, Samantha and Owen. You went above and beyond my expectations. Keep doing what you do and make others as happy as you made me. Thank you again.

A.N.T. Homes turned my 'dream' of a custom designed & built garage into reality in just 90-days -- from building permit to final inspection (and all of the moving parts in between). The entire team -- from site supervisor to the various teams of trades people -- were top notch with their communication, workmanship, timeliness, and site cleanliness -- no detail was missed. The overall experience was 10+ exceeding my expectations!!

Built with A.N.T going into the 2016 year. Been in my house 2 years now with no issues. I think for the price point Wayne's homes are priced perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to build another home with A.N.T. The contractors that A.N.T uses are some of the best and most reliable in the industry and that’s what you need when making the biggest purchase possibly in your life. Give these guys a shot !
