I recently moved to Ingleside and I love having this full service post office! The ladies are so kind and welcoming. We had a problem with our mail keys and they happily fixed the issue ?

Went to mail a present, was told no, not gonna happen with us.Instead of getting help, and a nice customer experience.....the negativity and the no, was astounding. No options of 1 to 3 days, just no can't do it.Usually I enjoy my experiences with these ladies, not sure why today the lady was in such a sour mood to not even help or give suggestions

Been getting my mail here for 6+ years...NEVER had one problem...and ALL the staff are very friendly...Also usually u can get your own P.O box... I grew up in ingleside and I appreciate there being a canada post in such a small town. It defintely is handy for me and especially senior citizens I imagine!!
