So disappointed with the service received. Purchased a hockey stick for $130.00 and it did NOT last for 2 games. Was told at time of purchasing it had a lifetime guarantee. However, when we took the stick back we were told it is only guaranteed if it breaks in the place of the prior repair. This was a pro stick which had been repaired by a business in London and sold at the skate shop. This hockey player worked hard for his money and purchased this stick himself. The family has spent a significant amount of money at the skate shop and we were treated as if our business did not matter.

Didn't like how my skates were feeling when I was on the ice. Talked to Shane and he said "let me try something" . Now have a whole lot different movements on the ice. Thanks so much for your help and attention you paid in helping.

This is the only place we get our skates and sharpening. Extremely reasonable the owner Shane, it's always willing to help, goes above and beyond and he knows his stuff!!
