Bored out , drilled out new parts to make them fit onto un fixed repair. Painted over deep scratches without sanding them out, Paint peeled of repaired area after only 1.5 months

Vehicle repair was shady at best, Drilled out NEW body parts to make them fit onto un repaired area. Painted over deep scratches without sanding out and repairing. the Re painted area pealed after only 1month.When approaching the shop they refused to fix and then ghosted us. Our insurance company got involved to help and they lied to them saying they had computer issues for over 2 weeks and couldn't send the needed information to insurance company. Finally took to another shop to have repairs done and they were shocked at the original repairs. Lots more to tell and have it all documented but wont fit in this letter area

Was in to get a quote for some repairs for dealership very riendly polite courteous and thorough job getting and explaining details on repair from the receptionist to the tech involved!!The entrance/reception area was also a very clean neat and tidy area !! A very professional looking business establishment!! Quote to me seemed like a fair price see what dealership thinks??!!

Don’t hesitate to call Ficht Family Auto for your auto body repair needs! They replaced the bumper and driver’s side fender of my car , buffed out scratches in the headlight, and colour matched perfectly! I was very satisfied with the finished product. And it was essentially the same price as my insurance deductible. Absolutely fantastic work!
