According to a recent visit with this company learned very quickly within the first 2 minutes that there is quite dishonesty in the business trying to way over charge by constantly trying to add more days to the bill trying to over charge and didn't just happen once but a few times on the Sam visit wouldn't recommend their services or be very alert

I recently purchased a vintage camper up in the muskokas. I was to intimidated to tow it 4 hours home on the 400 series so I called Bidwells for a quote. The trip was a long one and the driver spent close to 10 hrs dealing with the old girl. Price was reasonable, everyone was so friendly, they kept me posted on eta throughout the day and got her tucked into my driveway with no issues. Highly recommend!

I thought for sure I would be waiting around for hours to have my car towed, since it was a saturday afternoon on a long weekend. But Ian showed up within 15 minutes. Either he was having a bad day, or Brad's customer service skills left much to be desired. Rude, and condescending, he thinks he is doing someone a favour by doing his own job. Had I not had my 4 kids with me at the time, i would have never hired him.Make sure to clarify what Brad means by how he calculates mileage because, at least in my case, he was not clear and then claimed the opposite. When I asked if I could speak to someone about the misunderstanding , he replied I am the business owner.In addition I asked him if the tire on my car can be changed, and Brad said something along the line that he could guarantee me that the spare wheel would probably be jammed and would not be any good. I trusted his judgement.Anyway, it's my word against his, all I can say is buyer beware.Services: Special vehicle towing
