The BEST customer service I have received in a pet store!I came into Global Pet Foods on mother’s day as me and my cats were travelling. Essentially my cat gets sick in the car so I was looking for help (we tried pet smart and pet valu in other areas).Norbert helped me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what products he had on hand. He understood my issue and did not dismiss it. I will keep you posted on how the products work but the client care is unmatched! Also amazing prices! If you’re looking for a pet carrier or a cat carrier the best deal around is at Global Pet food! Thanks so much Norbert and Nora for your amazing client service! I returned today to purchase more before ai leave the area!

Although staff is knowledgeable , which is a great bonus, the store is nicely organized and I will only buy my cat his food from here because of its quality , the woman who is constantly at the desk to check customers out isn't very friendly.
